General Rules

14 days cooling period
At Pretty Chérie we give you a cooling period of 14 days. When you are not satisfied with our products or when you have made a mistake with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products without any problem to Pretty Chérie within 14 days.

Exemptions from the 14 days cooling period
ATTENTION: Not all products can be returned or exchanged. Products that can not be returned or exchanged are:
• Products that has been used, damaged or incomplete.
• Products that can not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons like underwear and hosiery.

Costs
The costs of shipping the products back to us will not be refunded to you. We do refund the original shipping costs.

Pretty Chérie is not responsible for any losses during the shipment. We therefore advise you to ship the products by registered mail.

Steps for Exchange
Do you want to exchange a product? Please follow the steps below so that we can handle your exchange as efficient as possible:

1. Please state clearly on the original invoice or copy which products you wish to exchange.

2. Write on the original invoice or copy the data of the product you would like to receive:

  • The article number of the product you wish to receive.
  • If applicable please also note the colour and size.

3. Pack the original invoice or copy with the product you would like to exchange in a good box.

4. Please ship the package with contents to the following address:

The Netherlands

We advise that you ship the package by registered mail.

5. You will receive a confirmation mail from us when we have received your package.

6. We will exchange the products and will ship it to you as soon as possible. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you.
Costs when exchanging
Pretty Chérie will not charge you extra shipping costs for sending the products to you. However the costs for shipping the goods back to us will not be refunded by us. Furthermore Pretty Chérie is not responsible for the lost of the package and therefore recommends you to ship the package by registered mail.

4. You will receive a confirmation mail from us when we have received your package.

5. The refunds for the returned products will be credited within 30 days in the same form as the original payment type.

The costs for shipping the goods back to us will not be refunded by us and the refund will not include the original charged shipping costs.
