| Unfortunately that is not possible. Your order is always sent by mail to the indicated delivery addres. The delivery address can be another address than your home address. |

| 2. Can I return or exchange a product? |
| Yes, you can. All ordered products can be returned within 14 days, starting from the moment you have received the products. This is only possible for clothes/lingerie products. Due to hygenic reasons knickers and stockings can NOT be returned. Products that are returned, need to be unworn, not used and be in perfect condition with all labels still attached. |

| Write the product (productname, size and colour) you are returning on the back of your invoice. In case you would like to change the product for another, write the product you would like to receive (productname, size and colour) on the back as well. | 6. How long is the delivery time when I have ordered a product? |
The moment we have received your order, it will be processed with the utmost care. If the products are in stock, you will receive the products within 5 working days. For orders that needs to be shipped outside The Netherlands the delivery time will take a bit longer. We will keep you updated by email. For products that are not in stock, an expected delivery time is indicated in productdescription (Under the tab "Delivery"). We will update you constantly about the delivery status.
When there is a great chance that we will exceed the expected delivery time, you will receive from us a notification mail and will keep you updated about the new delivery time. You have the right to cancel your order if you wish. |

| To ensure a safe delivery, we will ship your order by registred mail through TNT. When you are not at home, TNT will try to deliver your products at another time. If delivery is not possible, you can always pick your products up at your local post office. To ensure your privacy, your order will never be deliverd to your neighbours. |
